Based on the 2024 100KM route of Trails of ‘Toba’s Suffer on Centennial in Whiteshell Provincial Park in Manitoba, on Treaty 3 land, this map is not to scale, and may not be accurate to your experience, but hopefully gives you a chuckle and helps make all those miles and blisters worth it somehow.

Printed locally on 11″ x 17″ 32lb paper, this will also serve as a reminder to all your house guests of your humble grandeur as a tough and gritty ultra trail runner.
